With each time a character ranks up, the post count in the training grounds is reset. The only exception to this being achievement of bankai which is still counted towards posts to rank up to Espada/Captain/Vasto Lorde
Espada/Captain/Vasto Lorde: 20 posts in the training grounds + combat with one character of this rank taking place in their training ground thread.
Achievement of Bankai: 10 posts in the training grounds
Vice Captain/Numeros:10 posts in the training grounds
Seats 10-3/Adjuchas: 4 posts in the training grounds
Seats 15-10/Gillian: 3 posts in the training grounds
Seats 20-15/base hollow: 2 posts in the training grounds
Each of these must also be accompanied with the character's experiences within the RP.
Espada/Captain/Vasto Lorde: 20 posts in the training grounds + combat with one character of this rank taking place in their training ground thread.
