1. Posts made in the training grounds should be at least 3 paragraphs long, consisting of 5-8 sentences per paragraph.
2. Characters should learn their abilities at a reasonable rate. Remember it takes time to perfect something. No one gets it on the first try.
3. The training grounds may be used only once a day by a character.
4. Training done in the Training Grounds does affect the character's abilities in the RP. The only exception is if the character is in a fight in plot in which the training doesn't come into effect until after the fight ends.
5. Use the Training Grounds responsibly, as if it is discovered that you are not following the rules of the Training Grounds, your privileges will be revoked for a set amount of time.
