Well Ive been trying to give Kon Bankai for A minute but now that In the Training Grounds He Has 10 Post.He could Rank Up to Vice Captain.Also In the RP Kondoku has gone through a Very Different Personallity Change.We also almost completly stopped the arc just to Help Kon control his Hollow more,in which he succeded.He also Fought Kurono Outside of Urahara's(Losing Badly)Causing him to Think more Cautiously.Also Kon has Fought Ryu,And Won(But with his Inner Hollow).Lastly Ill Like to Say Kon has Played a Good Role in this Arc as the Hot headded one of the group and Going through Training To Improve himself,So I would just like Kon to be A Vice to give him bankai and Actually be able to Defeat someone important like Nagato,or Suki,Or Kari.
