Within the Gotei 13 and Arrancar there are still a lot of slots to fill up between the Captains and Vice Captains of the Gotei 13 and the Espada and Fraccion of the Arrancar. As such, we are temporarily lifting the restriction of 3rd seat for the creation of a Captain level character so long as it is a Shinigami Captain or Espada or a Vice Captain level character so long as it is a Shinigami Vice Captain or Fraccion. Act quickly as this offer is only active until the remaining spots are filled up before the restriction goes back into place. The only trade off for this offer is that the background of the character is mandatory.
